Refund policy

Last updated 3 October 2026

The short version

  • Your first meetings are free; no card needed.
  • Full refund within 14 days of your first payment, monthly or yearly.
  • Cancel any time; you keep your plan until the period you paid for ends.
  • Paddle, our reseller, handles the payment and the refund.

1. Try it before you pay

Your first meetings are free, with no card needed (see Pricing), so you can see LetMeMeet working in your own meetings before you decide.

2. 14-day money-back guarantee

Not happy after you subscribe? Ask within 14 days of your first payment, monthly or yearly, and we refund it in full. No questions asked.

3. Renewals

  • Monthly: once a new month has started, its payment isn’t refunded. Cancel any time to stop the next one.
  • Yearly: forgot to cancel? Ask within 14 days of the renewal payment and we refund it in full.

4. When something goes wrong on our side

If a problem on our side stopped LetMeMeet from recording your meetings or writing your notes, tell us. We’ll give the hours back, or refund a fair part of what you paid.

5. How to cancel

Go to Settings → Billing → Manage subscription, or email us. You keep your paid plan until the end of the period you paid for. After that you move to the free plan, and all your meetings, notes and board stay.

6. How to ask for a refund

Email hello@letmemeet.com from the email address you sign in with. You can also reply to your Paddle receipt, or look up your order at paddle.net.

Paddle, our reseller and Merchant of Record, sends the money back to the card or account you paid with. It usually arrives within 5 to 10 working days, depending on your bank.

7. Your legal rights

If you live in the EU or the UK, the law also lets you cancel a purchase within 14 days. Our guarantee gives you at least as much.

We may refuse a refund only for clear abuse, such as repeatedly subscribing and asking for refunds, or breaking our Terms.
