Every meeting, written down and turned into work.

LetMeMeet joins your Google Meet, Zoom and Teams calls, writes down every word, summarises what was decided — and puts every promise on your task board. So nothing said in a meeting is lost.

What it does

From “we should…” to done — without taking a single note.

Joins on its own

Connect Google Calendar once. The notetaker joins the meetings you choose — every meeting, only external ones, or only yours.

Every word, live

Watch the transcript appear while people talk, with who said what and when. Search any word later.

A summary worth reading

Minutes after the call: what it was about, the decisions, open questions, and who promised what by when — each linked to the moment it was said.

A board that fills itself

Your promises land on your task board. Someone else's go to “Not my work”. Said twice? One card. “That's done”? It moves to Completed.

Memory of people and projects

LetMeMeet remembers who you met, what they work on and what changed — so the next meeting starts where the last one ended.

Ask anything

“What did Priya say about the launch date?” Get an answer from all your meetings, with a link to the exact moment.

How it works

Set up in a minute. Then forget about it.

  1. 1

    Sign up with Google

One click. It also connects your calendar, so there is nothing to set up.

  2. 2

    The notetaker joins

It joins as “LetMeMeet Notetaker (recording)”. Someone in the call lets it in — everyone can see it.

  3. 3

    Talk as usual

Follow the live transcript if you like. Leave the notes to LetMeMeet.

  4. 4

Get the work, not just notes

Summary, decisions and your tasks on your board — minutes after the call ends.

Why LetMeMeet

Notes are not the goal. Done work is.

Most notetakers stop at a transcript and a summary. LetMeMeet keeps going: it knows which promises are yours, keeps your board up to date across meetings, and remembers the people and projects behind them.

Coming next: a desktop companion that does the work you delegate in a meeting — research, drafts, documents — and puts the result on your board for review.

Use cases

Built for people who live in meetings.

Founders & managers

Back-to-back meetings, and every promise still ends up on a board. Nothing slips between calls.

Sales & client calls

Stay in the conversation. Next steps, objections and deadlines are captured for you.

Hiring & interviews

Listen to the candidate instead of typing. Compare interviews with the full transcript.

Product & engineering

Stand-ups and planning turn into tasks with owners and dates, linked to where they were agreed.

Consultants & agencies

Every client call searchable. Ask what a client asked for three weeks ago and get the quote.

Teams that share meetings

When several LetMeMeet users are in one call, one notetaker joins for all — and each gets their own board.

Everyone knows

The bot's name says it is recording, and someone in the call has to let it in.

You stay in control

Stop the bot at any time, choose which calendar meetings it joins, or delete a meeting.

Private by default

Your board, memory and questions are yours alone. Meetings are shared only with other people who recorded them.

Questions

Is it free?+

Yes, during the beta. The Individual plan includes a monthly allowance of recording hours — see Pricing.

Which meeting apps does it work with?+

Google Meet, Zoom and Microsoft Teams (and Webex). You can paste a link, or let it join from your Google Calendar.

Does someone have to let the bot in?+

Yes. It joins like a guest named “LetMeMeet Notetaker (recording)”, so everyone knows it is recording. If nobody lets it in within 10 minutes, it leaves.

Two of us use LetMeMeet in the same meeting. Two bots?+

No — one bot joins, and both of you get the transcript and summary. Your boards, memory and questions stay your own.

Who can see my meetings?+

You, and other LetMeMeet users who recorded the same meeting. Your task board, memory and Ask conversations are private to you.

How long can a meeting be?+

Up to 3 hours. The bot also leaves when the meeting ends or when you press Stop.

Your next meeting can take its own notes.

Sign up with Google, connect your calendar, and let LetMeMeet handle the rest.
